These Montreal style Bagels are freshly baked every day with ingredients you can actually pronounce. Just as traditional Montreal-style bagels, Spent Goods' bagels are rolled by hand and baked in a wood-fired oven.

Dough: Wheat flour, water, brewery barley grains, vegetable canola oil, gluten, malt flour, salt, and yeast.
- Topping: Sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion, garlic, and salt.
Shelf life: 5 days in a bag at room temperature. Freeze up to 6 months.
